I would just like to thank the staff at Allied Vehicles, service and repair department. Especially Katie, who went above and beyond to help with my Ford fiesta. I had purchased the car at a well known dealership and it had not been sold in a great condition. Allied have since fixed the problem, keeping me updated the entire time and making sure I knew what was happening. This is the best customer service I’ve ever received, not just at motor company but in general. I would highly recommend them. 10/10 for everything ⭐️

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! - My car was in with them to get light body work repairs after a crash, it took them two months to complete the car. When I went to collect the car the quality of their work was horrific, there was over spray on a lot of panels and the whole front end was out of alignment. Not to mention there customer services was horrible as I had to always call to get updates on the car and each time I was just getting told the same thing as the last time. Also they can apparently only work on the car for four hours a day which when I asked about people hadn’t heard of that before. I have never been more unsatisfied which a service in all my life and will certainly never use them again and neither should you. Remember when you spend all that money on your car you want it done right!

Booked in through my insurance, but wish I had went elsewhere. Received a courtesy car, only to be told the lease was up on it after a week of using it. Was asked to wait in all afternoon (from 1 until 6pm) on a replacement courtesy car to swap it over, which I wasn't overly chuffed about but waited in never the less. Was then contacted at 4.30pm to be told they had no drivers to deliver it. The girl I spoke to was very condensending and patronising, talking over the top of me. Couldn't seem to grasp my annoyance at having to wait in all afternoon for nothing. A customer service training course wouldn't go a miss.
