I’ve used this garage for a few years now. They are always friendly and not condescending. They are happy to offer advice if you phone up with a problem. They give you clear information on what your car/ van needs. They are flexible and give you accurate estimates of times and cost. Keep you informed throughout. Are always efficient.
Once again a superb service from Marie and the team at BRG. Always accommodating and reliable with fair pricing that I trust implicitly. I know I am not getting ripped off, unlike some other garages I have previously used (when they see a woman driver who is not particularly mechanically savvy 🤷♀️) Keep doing what you’re doing - fantastic garage.
Marie at Byres Road helped me when i was over 209 miles from home, with what i thought was a big problem with my van, which turned out to be nothing and just my silly fault.
