I’ve used this garage for a few years now. They are always friendly and not condescending. They are happy to offer advice if you phone up with a problem. They give you clear information on what your car/ van needs. They are flexible and give you accurate estimates of times and cost. Keep you informed throughout. Are always efficient.

Once again a superb service from Marie and the team at BRG. Always accommodating and reliable with fair pricing that I trust implicitly. I know I am not getting ripped off, unlike some other garages I have previously used (when they see a woman driver who is not particularly mechanically savvy 🤷‍♀️) Keep doing what you’re doing - fantastic garage.

Marie at Byres Road helped me when i was over 209 miles from home, with what i thought was a big problem with my van, which turned out to be nothing and just my silly fault. She sent lads out to help me quickly and they were kind and knowledgeable. Thanks guys it honestly was the best service. They couldnt do enough from the initial second the phone was answered

Great friendly garage. Very polite and professional. I was over 200 miles away from home and my car needed some urgent attention. Marie helped get me booked in at a drop of a hat and got me back on the road ASAP. thank you again!

Amazing team at Byres road garage! They work quickly, communicate well and they're all so nice. I live nearby and my car wouldn't start so they came by and sorted me out no problem. Couldn't recommend them more. Thank you!
