We have now used this garage several times and cannot recommend them enough. Martin and his team are always very clear, helpful and kept us up to date with progress. They always fixed our cars issues on the same day with one exception (which was the fault of one of our car manufacturers and not the garage). We have dealt with many excellent garages in the past 25 years but Carlton are the best so far!
This is the first time I have used this garage and I will definitely be using them in the future. They MOTd and serviced my car. When the MOT identified an issue they were able to fix it the same day. Lovely guys who kept me informed throughout. Quick and efficient service. Broke down very near by. Took on job while very busy with booked work. Found issue and fixed in 2 days! Guys couldn’t have been more brand new. Would recommend breaking down there/swinging by for any car related needs.
My experience here is amazing, done my MOT in about 2 hours same day with a few days notice. checked it professionally and took care of my vehicle. not a single mark, scuff or bit of dirt added which can be a really common thing when dealing with garages as some don't understand when someone's car is their pride and joy. Will 100% be back again 10/10 work
my mum had her mot and full service done as well as a few body work on her audi, the pricing was great and overall quality service 10/10, added touch was a valet after it being worked on because of the dust, just brilliant
