Burst a tyre on duke street and phoned them up in a frenzy. They said bring it round so we did. Then told us that it’s a proper puncture and needs a new tyre and there’s nothing we can do. Fine, understandable. He then proceeded to stick his screwdriver in tripling the size of the hole and making the problem 10 times worse and had to drive home on a flat. Can’t believe that would be your thinking. I concede the tyre was damaged and we’d need a new one and there was nothing you can do. But to make the problem WORSE?! Why would you do that?
