been here for over a year, the team are honestly incredible. My car had an issue, and he honestly went above and beyond for me. sound advice and never trying to trick you into stuff that you don't need, genuinely just wants to help. dealership told me to fix a car part it was going to be £1.2k and this place got the car fixed for under £200! can't recommend them enough. 5/5 - recommend them to everybody
I have used this garage several times now and have to say the staff have been great and I’ve been delighted with the service and work carried out on my car as well as the general help and advice. David in particular has been really helpful and is genuine, trustworthy and puts you at ease - something that as a female who knows very little about cars, is greatly appreciated. I’d definitely recommend to others and I will continue to be a returning customer here.
I had very very bad experience with this garage. Boss David very rude. I put my car in here for repairs. The first time repair took over a week and cost me over 700 pounds. Two weeks later, it was the same problem, and I came here again. David said help me check again, then he will call me, but he didn’t. From Monday wait till Friday. I came to the garage, the car still parked same place, didn’t move at all. I was very unhappy. Then David told me my car has different problems. But the thing is last time and this time are same lights on. It’s must be same problem. Spent over 700 pounds for only 2 weeks working. Very annoying. I will never user this garage again. Rubbish service rubbish boss.
