Brilliant experience with Charlie at Glasgow MOT, work was quick, communication was great and cost was lower than initially quoted. Value was excellent and I was extremely pleased with the service I received! Drove from Paisley to have my car repaired and will continue to do so in the future as Charlie and the team are well worth the journey!

Excellent service 👏 van was booked for mot on Wednesday, clutch went on the Tuesday... its now Thursday they have put a new clutch on, mot repairs & mot. vans back on the road within 48hours Brilliant service

The boss Charlie, was recommended by the company I bought my car from, for some warranty work. Botched the first job, and then kept my car for 3 days, after agreeing to fix identified faults. When I called to arrange pick up after 3 days, he said he hadn't done any work on the car, as my garage hadn't approved costs. This is a total lie, I can post his texts to prove it. When I complained that it was ridiculous, that he hadn't even called me, I was very angry, and said FFS why didn't you call? He then told the garage that I purchased from, that he wouldn't work on my car again as I had sworn at him.I Did swear, out of total frustration, but not at him. Anyway same outcome he didnt fix anything... Again . Pompous, rude, man with no idea of customer service. When i said the car had problems starting, he said it was because it was an old car, not because there was any fault.. really. Steer well clear, unless you want the same level of utterly deplorable customer service. Thanks for your reply Sam, if this is how you do favours for people, please don't. You did me no favours at all, apart from keeping my car and doing absolutely nothing. I don't care how many 5 star reviews you have, it's the negative ones that you should address. It would appear from your reply that your business did absolutely nothing wrong, instead you did a favour to a poor soul out of pity,only you didn't. I would not respond in anger unless something caused that anger, I e. A garage that carries out no work at all, despite agreeing to. I can post the full communication to clarify, if you wish.
