Absolutely outstanding service from J&H Autocare, James went above and beyond when he collected my broken down car late on a Saturday night, something not many garages would be willing to do. From start to finish, he kept me fully updated on what was happening, which really put my mind at ease.Not only did they complete the job earlier than expected, but the quality of the work was faultless. Everything was done to a high standard and the car is running perfectly again. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the level of service provided. I honestly couldn’t recommend J&H Autocare enough. Reliable, professional, and genuinely helpful, thank you again, James and the team!!
My car suddenly developed a sharp noise and burning smell from the front wheel, which made me quite worried. The team were very helpful and responsive. One of the technicians even came to collect the car and drove it back to the garage for inspection, which I really appreciated. They quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the front discs and brake pads the same day. The price was reasonable and everything was explained clearly. The car now drives perfectly. Great service, I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend J&H — I was referred by a fellow gym member and took my daughter’s car in first. James was excellent: honest, clear about what needed doing now and what could wait, which really helped with her budgeting. Prices were very, very reasonable, communication was great throughout, and no work was done without checking first. They now look after all our family cars. Brilliant local independent garage!!!!
