Check-in was efficient, and the MOT was completed quickly, with a phone call exactly when promised. I was given a clear report along with helpful information from a member of staff who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Kwik Fit branch.

Excellent Service! Had a booking for Wheel Balancing and Alignment but on arrival I was told that the Alignment software was down so they were unable to do it. Staff was quick to offer me 🍵 and also a same day appointment at one of the other branches. He even found be a slot at the Paisley branch but I decided to get the Wheel balancing done and then return later during the week for the alignment. + Very friendly staff + Complimentary coffee + Disabled Toilets + Well heated seating area (was a blessing on a freezing stormy day!)

This is an edited review after my recent experience and follow-up resolution. I recently visited Kwik Fit Cardonald for their free alignment check. They examined my rear tyre and told me it was worn on the edges, and that I’d need to replace it before they could carry out the alignment. I booked another appointment, got the new tyre fitted, and then they checked the alignment again — it wasn’t correct, so they carried out the adjustment. As soon as I drove off, the steering didn’t feel right. It felt loose, the steering wheel was sitting halfway to the left, and the car was pulling in that direction. I returned, and they attempted the alignment again, but the issue still wasn’t resolved. Since they were about to close, they asked me to drive it for a couple of days while they checked their machine and discussed the issue internally, and said they would refund me if it still wasn’t sorted. When I went back, they said they were short-staffed and asked me to return the next day. On my next visit, they did both the front-wheel alignment and the rear-wheel adjustment free of cost. They genuinely tried their best, but after four attempts they still couldn’t confirm whether the issue was fixed. They eventually suggested that, since my car is a Mercedes C200d (W205), I should visit a German specialist. At that point, the steering was still slightly off-centre, and the issue wasn’t fully resolved. The staff at the branch were cooperative, but I initially wasn’t sure whether I should have been refunded. Update: After posting my review, I received an email from Kwik Fit’s customer service team. They apologised for the inconvenience and processed a full refund for the alignment cost. Their response was professional and timely, and I appreciate them honouring the refund. Because of their customer service and the way they resolved the matter, I believe they now deserve 4 stars.
