He took the time to clearly explain what work needed to be done and made sure everything was completed efficiently and to a high standard. What really stood out was his great communication and customer care he kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. It’s rare to come across a manager who genuinely values both quality and customer satisfaction, but Liam does exactly that. Needed a puncture repair for my Mazda MX5, Titwood Road branch of Kwik-Fit was handy, albeit I have not had good experiences with Kwik-Fit elsewhere in the past. Pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received along with sensible guidance on tyre purchase. Member of staff was polite & engaging and made sure timelines were kept to. Certainly renewed my faith in Kwik-Fit, well Titwood Road branch at least….☺️
I dealt with Liam who dealt with my tyre puncture exceptionally well , he informed me what needed replaced and made me feel very assured. His customer service skills are second to none and any repairs I need or service, I will be coming here specifically.

Booked in for tyre inspection as i noticed a nail in the tyre. Guys at this branch inspected all tyres, removed nail and sent me a report of the tyres conditions all without any charge. Fantastic service and will visit again for my future car needs.
