Fabulous customer service. Was squeezed in very last minute and had my car back same day. Pamela is so friendly and knowledgable, explaining everything perfectly. Kevin carried out outstanding work super quickly. Honest & fair prices, explained well and full breakdown of costs. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. I took my car in for its service and MOT, and the team also fixed my windscreen washer sprayers, which had been causing problems. The work was completed quickly and professionally, and everything was explained clearly. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the process. My car was returned in great condition, and it’s reassuring to know the repairs and service were carried out to such a high standard. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and efficient service. A genuine 5-star experience, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

I've been using Lang Tree Motors ever since I passed my driving test years ago, and I honestly wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The team are always reliable, professional, and get the job done quickly with no hassle. Over the years, they've carried out servicing, MOTs, and repairs for me, and the standard of work has always been excellent. I have tried other garages in the past that were a bit cheaper, but the quality of service just wasn't the same. I'd much rather pay a little extra for the peace of mind that comes from knowing the job will be done properly the first time. The staff are friendly, honest, and always happy to explain any work that needs doing. It's hard to find a garage you can genuinely trust, but Lang Tree Motors have never let me down. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends

I first went to this garage after receiving a repair quote from a BMW dealership that left me in tears because of the cost. Thankfully, when I brought my car here for a second opinion, they were completely honest with me and explained that much of the work BMW said needed doing wasn’t actually urgent. They carried out the repairs that were needed, got my car back to being fully roadworthy, and saved me a huge amount of unnecessary expense and stress. I’ve used this garage ever since and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The service is always excellent, the staff are friendly, helpful, and trustworthy, and I’ve never felt like I’m being ripped off. It’s refreshing to find a garage that genuinely looks after its customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, reliable mechanics.

Wim so thankful, hadn't realised my MOT had run out but pamela managed to get me in the same afternoon I called. Kevin was so thorough and efficient. He had me back on the road that day 😁😁😁 will recommend to all my friends x
