Took my Model 3 Performance to MB Jarvie for a four-wheel alignment after an extensive suspension rebuild — a genuinely complex setup with aftermarket arms, spherical bearings and lowering springs, run to a custom spec rather than factory figures. Adam and the team handled it superbly. They worked to my supplied specification in degrees and minutes without fuss, included road-force balancing, and got all four corners dialled in and symmetric on the Hunter rig. What stood out was the honesty. They flagged exactly what they'd adjusted, explained where a corner had some play that needed addressing separately, and were upfront about the shim-based front camber and the settling allowance they'd built in rather than overpromising. They also turned the job around to fit a tight deadline I was up against. The transformation in how the car drives afterward was night and day. Proper Hunter alignment specialists who know modified cars, communicate clearly and take pride in the work. Wouldn't take a car anywhere else in Glasgow for alignment. Highly recommended.

Communication: I was kept informed throughout the entire process, which gave me great peace of mind. Efficiency: Both the check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth and professional. Transparency: At the end, I was provided with a full copy of the alignment report so I could see exactly what work had been done. It’s hard to find a garage that combines technical skill with such great customer service. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience with MB Jarvie. I had my Passat Alltrack in for Haldex service, and I will absolutely be back in the future. At every stage of the process Adam and the teams communication was clear, and they conducted the service and a full running gear inspection of my car with the upmost professionalism. I would recommend MB Jarvie to anyone, especially those with VAG group cars that require specialist services like Haldex/DSG services.

I had been struggling with a steering issue for a long time. I went to Kwik Fit, Halfords, and even a few local workshops, but the problem was never actually solved. Every place just guessed the issue instead of properly diagnosing it. I was honestly tired and frustrated. Then I found MB Jarvie - and what a difference! From the very start, they proved how professional they are. Before even taking the car in, they sent me a detailed online form to fill out where I could explain the history and symptoms properly. A day before the appointment they reminded me again, which was very helpful. On the day, everything was smooth and clearly communicated. They even emailed me the estimated completion time, and what I loved most was the flexibility, I could pick up my car after working hours! They gave me access to a secure locker where my car keys would be placed if I came after they closed. Super convenient! Payment was easy too, they sent online payment links, so no hassle at all. But the real highlight is the quality of their work. They actually diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed what no one else could. My car drives perfectly now. The alignment report was very detailed and the whole process felt transparent and trustworthy. MB Jarvie are true professionals. I had a wheel alignment done which was completed to a high standard—my car drove perfectly afterwards. What truly sets this garage apart, however, is their outstanding customer service. When I encountered an issue shortly after the service (unfortunately hit a pothole!), they didn't hesitate to offer their support. Their willingness to stand behind their work and prioritise customer satisfaction over everything else speaks volumes about their integrity.
