Excellent service from Gary and his team. Popped into the Langside branch on Wed to find out when my car had its last service only to discover it was due ASAP. Gary was able to book it in first thing on Saturday no probs. Full service and MOT done for another year and the car's driving like a dream. Five star service all round.

I have been using national tyres in Battlefield for years. They are honest, principled and can be trusted. Recently I forgot I booked my MOT and ended up an hour late and they still managed to fit me in. They are honestly excellent. They also try to save you money and don't try and are very reliable and straightforward. I cant recommend them more highly.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had a burst tyre and they got me sorted really quickly. Friendly staff, professional job done, and Garry was especially helpful throughout. Really appreciated how fast and stress-free they made the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Initial review: Great service from Gary and the team. Very personable and efficient. Would highly recommend to all. Updated Review: Unfortunately this experience turned sour. The team lost the screw nut and I only discovered when I was home. They apologised and it took them a few days to order a replacement. I spoke with them and they said they’d sort it out whenever it suited me. I called on the Friday to let them know I’d be in at 4pm. They told me that they couldn’t do then and to drop it on Saturday morning. I dropped in at 10.30, to be told that they’d need the car for an hour. My patience was wearing thin by this point but I reluctantly agreed. At 11.30 they told me my car was ready. I arrived at 12.10 to the pictured scene. My car wasn’t ready and I had to wait another 25 minutes. A half baked apology was offered and I was told it’s just bad luck. Ended up missing plans that I had booked for months. Really disappointing after a positive initial experience. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone in the Southside area. Poor show.

After seeing some of the negative reviews, I just wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I was with the service at my local National tyre centre at Battlefield. From the moment I arrived, the team were incredibly efficient and welcoming. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, but without ever feeling rushed. It’s clear that customer service is taken seriously here, and that makes a huge difference. The young chap who helped me was an absolute credit to the business. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted properly. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he took the time to explain things clearly and make sure I was happy before I left. It’s rare these days to come across service that feels genuinely helpful and attentive, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. I left feeling confident the job had been done well and very appreciative of the effort the team put in. A great business doing things the right way — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
