Came in as a walk-in yesterday for an AC gas refill and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly without any hassle. People say finding a good and honest mechanic is worth its weight in gold, and it’s true. This family run business is fantastic and seriously skilled at what they do. I came to them after trying to fix my VW Blue Polo myself and they truly saved the day. The car needed the full works from wheel bearings, brakes, a starter motor, and even a water pump I’d been putting off for ages. After spending over 12 hours working on the car myself, I finally put in the towel and handed it over to the experts, and they really are experts. They got everything sorted and helped me out massively. Thanks again from Steve the veterinarian. One profession to another, I tip my hat off to you guys. Please support family businesses like this instead of the corporates. Honest people and quality work like this are hard to come by nowadays.
Usman and the receptionist were both very attentive and provided excellent service. They listened to me patiently, clearly explained the problem with my car, and found a quick solution. I’ve been to this garage several times, and I’ve never left disappointed.
