Very friendly staff, great service, didn't try to over charge or anything. Very clear about explaining the issue with the car. Only thing is they could explain on call that price is without vat but that is not a big deal, would not lower their rating for that. Will definitely go back to them specially when my current garage changed their management and now have become more money grabbing business. I thing i have found my go to garage

Had my Audi a3 booked into Khan Autos recently after I started getting an engine management light along with a noticeable drop in performance. The car just didn’t feel right, especially when accelerating, so I wanted it checked properly rather than guessing. Got the car booked in without much hassle and dropped it off in the morning. The guys carried out a full diagnostic and got back to me the same day explaining the fault in a way that actually made sense. They didn’t jump straight into replacing loads of parts, instead they took the time to pinpoint the issue first which I appreciated. They kept me updated throughout and asked for approval before going ahead with any work. Turned out to be an issue that needed sorting sooner rather than later, and they managed to get it done within a reasonable time. Since getting the car back, it’s driving exactly how it should, smooth, responsive, and no warning lights. Price was fair for the work carried out and matched what I was quoted, no hidden extras or last minute surprises which is always a concern with garages. Overall, a really straightforward and honest experience. Hard to find a garage you can trust, but these guys seem to know what they’re doing and actually look after their customers. Would definitely use Khan Autos again and recommend them to anyone with an Audi or any other car.

Took my Vauxhall Adam down for new tyres, booked me with an appointment that accommodated me, replies were fast. came down early and they took my car in right away with no problems and had a waiting room to wait in whilst they changed them. staff were incredibly accommodating keeping me up to date with how long it would be, with no hidden fees, the service was amazing and I be back! found a garage I can trust knowing my car is in the best of hands thanks again guys!

Took my Volkswagen Polo to Khan Autos for a service and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve been using this garage for several years now and the service is consistently excellent. The staff are genuinely lovely and always make you feel welcome. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and professional, and even offered me refreshments while I waited, which was a nice touch. They took the time to explain what was being done to the car, kept me updated throughout, and had everything completed promptly. What I like most is that they’re honest and don’t try to sell you work you don’t need. It’s difficult to find a garage you can trust these days, but I’ve always found Khan Autos to be reliable, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! I got the water pump and thermostat housing replaced on my Audi S3 and the garage handled everything directly with the warranty company for me, which took away all the stress. They also sorted all the payments without any hassle on my end. On top of that, they carried out a full health check on the vehicle and even found a fault with the O2 sensor, which they also managed to get repaired under the warranty. Super professional, honest, and really helpful throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be back with my car for any future faults and will be recommending them to everyone!
