I recently visited Kwik Fit (Pollokshaws branch in Glasgow) for both an MOT and a full service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. ​Masoud was the technician who handled my car, and he did an outstanding job. The service report I received was easily one of the best and most detailed I’ve ever seen—complete with clear photos and comprehensive explanations for everything. ​He also conducted the MOT, providing a very thorough and fair report with highly accurate, reasonable advisories. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Kwik Fit in Pollokshaws. I would like to share my positive experience following a recent visit to Kwik Fit for a tyre exchange. The entire process was handled smoothly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The service team carried out the tyre replacement quickly and efficiently, and everything was clearly explained throughout. I felt well‑informed and confident that the work was being done to a high standard. I would especially like to highlight Wojtek Krakowiak, who provided outstanding customer service. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude made a real difference. Wojtek was exceptionally thorough and made sure everything was completed perfectly. Really gone down hill. Had issues with my front tyres which needed replaced. Told to order online so did and arranged fitting today. Was 10mins late but had called multiple times earlier to discuss - no answer. Arrived and told they would need the car now for 1-2hrs as I was late. I said I had tried to call and no I couldn’t wait as I booked specifically to avoid this. Car was eventually taken and I was there over 1.5hrs anyway for a 20mins job. Have insurance so explained needed forms completed. Tyre fitter unsure how to complete forms and seemed bewildered, despite my insurance company having a reciprocal agreement with Kwik Fit. I asked for the tyres so could take photos - he advised he did this already - photos were not correct. Dumped the tyres at my feet, said do what you want and serial numbers are there. Where? I asked two separate assistants - they didn’t know either. Learned from a customer that the original fitter got in a car and drove off. Couldn’t believe this. Spoke to another fitter who signed the forms and semi apologised. He didn’t even know where or why is colleague had left! Complete shambles plus my alloys were left in a state and were pristine when I arrived. Told by rude fitter that it was black soap! What a waste of my time and day. Now need to scrub my hands and alloys, clean my car and make sure my tyres are ok at another garage. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Friends, I want to tell you guys: Please don't ever go to this pollokshaws road branch. The mechanics there are very rude. They did half my work and didn't do the other half My tire was brand new. There was a screw stuck in it. I asked them to please remove it and fix He told me I needed a new tire. I told him it was a new tire. I got it a week ago. There's only one screw. Just take it out. He said, "No, we'll just put in a new tire I will never go to this kwik fit branch in my life
