Went mark 1 for an MOT. Said there was an oil leak so then I never believed it and took it to another 2 garages and they said nothing about a oil leak so there for when I sell my car in future this is gonna impact it. Thanks a lot. Customer service isn’t the greatest especially the lassie there. Definitely won’t go again
Took my car into Mark 1 as my brakes had seized and wiper linking needed replaced. Was well taken care of and seen very soon after phoning, they took my car out a quick drive to check what the issue was and knew straight away what needed done and gave advice on next steps... I immediately booked my car in and had it back within 2 days. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. The mechanic that worked on my car took the time to speak with me and explained all the repairs that were made very clearly. 5* service, will be my main garage from now on!
