Took my car here for the first time partly because it's local to me and I had read the good reviews! Kris and Billy are top guys and are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable and I will be back again & again!! Even if it's just for the sweats!
EDIT - came back a year later for my service he got me in straight away, I needed my car once’d over as the weathers taken a shift and just wanted to make sure all was ok, again can’t fault the place, prices are really reasonable, was done in such a timely manner and I feel safe leaving my car there they seem really trustworthy. Will be back in August for my mot. Really can’t recommend Chris enough, as a fairly new driver, I wanted my breaks checked over after a scare on the ice. My window washer wasn’t doing what it should either Chris had me booked in the following day after recommendations from friends. Won’t be taking my car anywhere else. Thanks so much again.
Was recommended Western MOT Centre after discovering my local go to (Burnside) had shut up shop for good. Even though they were extremely busy, Kris managed to slot me in for Saturday. Was there for 9am and was back out door again just after 10am. Easily the cleanest and comfiest waiting area in the game, was thankful for the air con they have whilst gripped in this heatwave. Will definitely be a returning customer, especially with how quick and efficiently these guys got things done, really good team.
Chris, the owner, is a very good mechanic and is very knowledgeable about what he does, I have used this garage on a few occasions now and have never been disappointed with the service provided. I would have no hesitation about recommending Western as your all-in-one garage services provider. It is also very close to the rail network and regular bus services.
Booked in for my mot the day after I phoned which helped me out massively as my mot was expiring. Kris and Billy were absolute gentlemen. Car ready without any problems an hour and a half after I dropped it off. Customer service second to none. Went above and beyond with my little boy. Glad I was recommended this garage by my dad, won’t be going anywhere else from now on!
